In this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your technical skills via a combination of exciting training programs and ongoing training on the job, provided by a Senior Technician. You will be working at our Service Center in Madrid Fuenlabrada.

You will:

• Fix cars: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
• Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time; we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and
  - delivery.
• Develop: Setting you up for success, our dedicated
  - house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to help develop your technical skills.
• Make an impact: We value the expertise of our technicians, and everyone plays an integral part in the workshop and wider team. You are empowered to suggest and implement improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Tyre changes
• Wheel swaps
• Fluid replenishments
• Door handle repairs (Tesla specific)
• Wiper blade replacements
• 4 Wheel alignment
• Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific)
• Basic diagnostics
• Body adjustments
• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
• Perform equipment inspections and calibrations

What You’ll Bring

• Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
• Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
• Level C1 in English language is required
• Good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
• Driver’s license with a safe driving record preferred
• Basic Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, web)
