At AXA GO, our Group Technology Operations (GTO) division aims to design, develop, and operate Global IT products, ensuring quality service delivery aligned with business priorities. Within the Corporate Functions Global Products department, we focus on delivering
- user applications across various Corporate & Support Functions, supported by a
- performing team of ~200 experts primarily located in France and Portugal.
Your Role:
As a Business Analyst and Service Support Analyst, you will hold a pivotal position within our Group HRIS program. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will be responsible for providing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for our entities.
✨ Main Responsibilities:
- Post Go-Live Support: Manage ticketing for HR Solutions, oversee request development and maintenance, and communicate progress in weekly meetings.
- Level 1 Support: Coordinate production instances through the i
CIMS tool, handle ticket management, and conduct security reviews. - Level 2 Support: Manage incidents, configure data, handle change requests, and provide solutions based on entities' requests.
- Level 3 Support: Analyze complex issues, support L1 and L2 teams, implement processes to prevent recurrent problems, and produce service requests for editorial bugs.
Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Service Support Analyst, or in similar roles.
- Previous involvement in HRIS system implementations, particularly in international contexts.
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
- Proficiency in HR technology with successful contributions to HRIS projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HR technology solutions and tools, with the ability to configure and manage HRIS systems.
- Strong data migration and integration capabilities, including understanding data mapping and flow connections.
- Expertise in testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional
