As a
Service
Now Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technicalleadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of
Service
Now solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure that Service
Now applicationsmeet business requirements and are aligned with the organization's IT strategy.
Key
Responsibilities:
Leadthe design and development of Service
Now solutions, including architecture, validation, and documentation.
Analyzebusiness needs and requirements to create technical solutions that meetbusiness objectives.
Collaboratewith
- functional teams to identify, design, and deliver technicalsolutions.
Provideexpertise in Service
Now best practices and ensure adherence to Service
Now bestpractices and guidelines.
Communicateand present complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
Generatedata models for the solution implemented
Providetechnical guidance to Service
Now developers and administrators.
Providetechnical supervision to the delivery team.
Workwith business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvementsand automation.
Performcode reviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
Provideeffort estimates and implementation schedules for architected solutions.
Communicatetechnical solutions effectively to both technical and
- technicalstakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+years of experience as a Service
Now architect or consultant.
Strongtechnical understanding of Service
Now platform, including administration, development, and integrations.
Handson experience in implementing complex integration, ideally using IPAASsolutions such as Mule
Soft, Snap
Logic, Dell Boomi.
In-depthtechnical knowledge of integration protocols and technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and others.
Deepknowledge of HRSD is a bonus
Provenexperience designing and architecting complex Service
Now solutions.
Abilityto communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and
- technicalstakeholders.
Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to work independently to develop solutions.
Abilityto communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical
- technical stakeholders.
