We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Create detailed and customized service proposals tailored to client requirements;
• Lead technical negotiations with clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations;
• Oversee the delivery of managed services, ensuring service levels, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met;
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues;
• Plan, coordinate, and manage technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals;
• Build and maintain strong,
  - term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention;
• Leverage technical knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for improving services and processes.

What you will need to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field;
• Proven experience in service management within the technology sector;
• Strong background in managed services, technical solutions, and
  - facing roles;
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and managed services delivery;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies;
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
• Leadership and people management capabilities.
