YOUR ROLE
We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Service Management to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Lead and align the technical team with client objectives.
Maintain clear communication and manage expectations.
Ensure service standards and regularly update the client on progress.
YOUR PROFILE
At least 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT sector;
Previous experience in the insurance sector or similar environments;
Knowledge of PL/SQL and. NET is preferred;
Proven skills in leading technical teams and developing maintenance strategies for critical systems;
Experience in stakeholder management and transparent client communication;
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively;
Good level of Portuguese language;
