They are looking for a Service Desk (m/f) with at least 2 years of experience in the IT area, with good knowledge in hardware and software areas, operating systems, Active Directory, and MS Office 365. Knowledge in Share
Point and
- code tools is also required. Knowledge of ITIL and an industrial professional background are valued. You should also be able to speak English.
