Right now, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon, to provide
- class
- user support.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing
   - class technical and functional support to End Users from our Customers via email, phone,
   - service portal, etc. ;
2. Diagnosis and problem solving;
3. Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) forwarding tickets to 2nd lines and partners/suppliers.

You must have:

1. Fluency in Dutch (required);
2. Fluency in English (required);
3. Experience in user support (Service Desk, Helpdesk);
4. Experience in Microsoft Office O365 tenant's management (We value certifications);
5. Experience in Microsoft Intune management (We value certifications);
6. Experience of Windows Operating Systems and Mac
   OS;
7. Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange and File Share;
8. Knowledge of networking troubleshooting;
9. Knowledge of Hardware and Peripherals.
