Requirements:

1. In-depth understanding of Apache Ni
   Fi, Splunk and Elastic
2. 1st and 2nd level support: Ability to handle more complex requests independently
3. Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
4. Customer service: Providing excellent customer support and service quality
5. Documentation: Accurate documentation of all requests and solutions
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with technicians and engineers to find solutions
7. Continuing Education: Willingness to continuously train in the above technologies
8. Incident management: Management and tracking of incidents and service requests
9. Escalation processes: Knowledge of escalation routes and procedures
10. Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
11. Process improvement: Contribution to process optimization and efficient operations

Candidate location: Portugal - (Can work remotely from any region of PT)
