MED Regional Procurement Organization (RPO) is responsible for managing MED (South Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Vestas' spend with external suppliers. With a matrix organization, the RPO ensures the deployment of common strategy and processes with the same overall targets across all Vestas regions.

You will report to the Head of MED Service & Indirect Procurement, and the full team is working
- functionally to manage all Procurement activities related to Service business and Indirect categories.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team on Business Service Support
• Assist in Power BI Implementation
• Follow up on EBIT and Service
  - out
• Govern KPI
• Monitor contract coverage for critical categories
• Conduct spend analysis and propose
  - out initiatives
• Organize TEAMS and ensure all Rf
  Q documentation is uploaded
• Support critical projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Motivated student interested in renewable energy and procurement
• Studies in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, Engineering, or similar
• Highly proficient in English, with skills in other languages (French, Spanish, Italian) preferred
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative spirit and
  - solving attitude
• Structured, methodical, and negotiation skills
• Cross-cultural skills for working in an international team
• Teamwork skills within a matrix organization
• Ability to prioritize in
  - pressure environments
