We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a SEO Team Leader (M/F) for their office located in Linda-a-Velha.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as the
  - to person for any Search related topics;
• Review and analyze the company’s websites for areas that can be improved and optimized;
• Measure results of the strategy implementation with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bright
  Edge;
• Monitor and report performance of traffic, rankings, conversions, and other trends;
• Keep other team members
  -
  - date with SEO best practices and guidelines;
• Work on specific large scale SEO projects;
• Ad-hoc tasks (e. g. , testing new functionalities);
• Collaborate with and support other projects and/or teams;
• Review content plans with key stakeholders to align strategy with other markets;
• Manage a team (responsible for planning, organizing resources, leading or influencing team members, controlling processes so that goals can be achieved);
  - making experience;
• Mentor and support Search Specialists.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in English, Digital Media, International Relations, Business Administration, or any other related field;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• 1-2 years experience in managing a team;
• Proven work experience with SEO or similar role; familiarity with SEO and keyword research;
• Hands-on experience with website measurement tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Session
  Cam, etc. );
• Proven leadership and good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, with excellent response times);
• Working with
  - volume, complex tasks with great attention to detail;
• Ability to collaborate effectively and independently across functions/teams and projects;
• Ability to make decisions.
