Position: SEO Project Manager & Account

Contract: Fixed-term contract of 6 months, automatically renewable.

Key responsibilities:

• On-boarding new SEO clients and organizing resources required to set up their campaigns;
• Ensure that projects are
  - budget,
  - time and
  - quality;
• Maintain each project workflow by assigning tasks to our different departments
• Take some time to assess how the teams are working and optimize and improve practices and processes;
• Acting as the lead contact for clients during projects both in Portuguese and English;
• Maintain regular calls with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
• Make monthly reports to clients and company management;
• Keeping track of latest digital campaign trends and analyzing digital behavior;

Key skills – Elimination factors (please don’t apply if don’t meet these):

• Minimum professional experience of 2 years in SEO
• Great level of spoken and written English
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance along with a positive and energetic presence during video calls.

Soft Skills :

• Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects;
• Experience with management software tools (Monday, Buzzstream, or other)
• Evidence of working with project management methodologies;
• Being proactive and ability to solve problems with a technical mindset;
• Result oriented and
  - making skills;
• Experience in SEO;.
• Having lived/worked abroad is a plus;
