Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to support their HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and data management across key modules, ensuring efficient HR processes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting business needs and enhancing system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and integrate Workday modules, including HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Performance Management.
2. Manage HR data and reporting within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training as needed.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize Workday functionality and implement enhancements.
5. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve Workday-related business challenges.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Workday Analyst, with a strong technical background.
2. In-depth knowledge of Workday modules: HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Performance Management.
3. Strong data management skills, including the ability to analyze and manipulate HR data.
4. Experience with Workday integrations and configurations.
5. Excellent

6. Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese is beneficial.
