We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our growing team!

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Designer with a passion for creating
- converting homepages and landing pages. This role is perfect for someone who combines creative flair with commercial acumen. You will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of our brands, ensuring designs are not only visually stunning but also optimized to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver compelling web pages, including homepages, landing pages, as well as onboarding and educational pages, with a focus on user engagement and conversions.
2. Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and developers to align designs with brand identity and strategic goals.
3. Utilize data and user behavior insights to inform design decisions.
4. Create prototypes, wireframes, and
   - fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively.

   - date with web design trends and best practices to keep our brands ahead of the curve.

About You:

1. Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing
   - quality web designs that drive user engagement and conversions.
2. Commercial Awareness: An understanding of how to design pages that achieve specific business goals, such as increasing
   - ups, sales, or user retention.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma.
4. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with
   - functional teams.
5. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring designs are
   - perfect and consistent with brand guidelines.
6. Crypto Experience (Optional): Familiarity with the crypto or i
   Gaming industry is a plus, but not required.
