About The Role

Senior Web Analyst Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the performance and digital presence of our clients' websites and
- commerce solutions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in measuring and optimizing various aspects of online platforms. The insights you generate will directly influence strategic decisions, shaping our clients' digital trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Project Pre-sales & Delivery
Pre-sales role - contribute to the sales cycle by developing custom proposals for Client challenges.
Client facing role – active participation in Client work meetings.
Delivery role
Highly autonomous and responsible for top quality project deliveries: On time and on scope
Understand business objectives and provide
- driven consultation to
- makers.
Formulate hypotheses to boost business KPI's and collaborate with Analytics Engineers to determine data collection requirements.
Implement, audit, and optimize technologies such as Google Analytics 360, GA4, Consent Mode, CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and
- side tagging.
Leverage Power BI or Looker Studio for data analysis, validation, and visualization to uncover valuable insights.
Knowledge Expert & Team contributor
Be the guardian/curator of team knowledge and expertise on digital analytics/digital measurement aligned with the Team Lead.
Complete certification program on GMP tools
Contribute with a culture of Client Service, technical excellence, team spirit and innovation mindset.
Help junior team members growth by sharing knowledge and experience.
Client Engagement & New Business
Engage with team members from the Client side establishing good working relationships
Collaborate with Agency Client Leadership teams to help identify opportunities and deliver
- value solutions to Clients
Proactively identify, in Clients/projects, opportunities to provide additional value.
Participate and contribute in pitches as
- level subject matter expert.
Marketing & PRWork with teams so project successes translate to sound
- cases that can be use (and
- used) in pitches, presentations and awards.
Innovation, Partnerships & New products
Propose and contribute to the development of innovative proprietary tools to enhance Group
M offer differentiation.
Organization Contributor
Area of knowledge Champion. Present knowledge sharing sessions within WPP.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, digital business, leads or sales processes.
Degree in Business Studies, Mathematics or Statistics, Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and visualization techniques.
Familiarity with analytics toolchains like Google Analytics 4.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Confidence in independently consulting various stakeholder groups.
Understanding of Ad Served tracking mechanisms, including Campaign Manager.
Demonstrated experience in using SQL queries for efficient data modelling and analysis.
Expertise in customer journey optimization, funnel/conversion optimization, E-Commerce, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in using Python/R for data processing and visualization.
Knowledgeable about ETL processes.
Fluency in Portuguese is strongly preferred.
