Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to inform design strategies.
2. Design and implement
   - centered design solutions for our product.
3. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and
   - fidelity visuals, ensuring consistency across our platform.
5. Collaborate with team members to refine design ideas and gather feedback to iterate and improve.
6. Contribute to setting and maintaining design standards and best practices within the team.
7. Help ensure designs are usable, accessible, and aligned with current industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
2. Proficiency with Figma.
3. Expertise in user research methods, including planning, conducting, and analyzing user studies.
4. Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and
   - technical team members.
6. Experience with usability testing and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
7. A passion for
   - solving and designing intuitive, engaging user interfaces.
8. Fluent in English.
