Ocean Infinity is seeking a motivated and innovative UX Researcher, with a specialisation in Service Design. The Service Designer will work collaboratively to design and implement new services and improve existing ones. This role is crucial in shaping and optimising the
-
- end service experience for users, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational capabilities.

This position requires a blend of user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration to design seamless and effective services. The Service Designer will work closely with
- functional teams, including Product and Solution Managers, UX and Product Designers, and Developers, to ensure service solutions are intuitive, efficient, and scalable while fostering a
- centered approach across the organization.

What will you do:

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define and execute growth initiatives;
• Support service design, applying
  - centred design methodologies to uncover pain points and opportunities across user journeys;
• Advocate for user needs through user research and usability activities;
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, workshops, and usability tests, to gather insights and validate service concepts;
• Develop and prototype service blueprints, process flows, and interaction models to visualize and refine service experiences;
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in service design and integrate them into the team’s workflow where relevant;
• Develop relationships with global stakeholders and ensure cohesive product experiences.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of UX Research experience, demonstrating proficiency and autonomy in planning, executing and analysing research activities;
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications;
• Exceptional ability to deliver design solutions that grow the business area and create new value for members/customers;
• Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
• Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
• Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a
  - paced environment;
• Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company's purpose;
• Critical thinking and ability to show initiative;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Salary for this position: Up to €55, 000 per annum. The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
