Job Description:

Hybrid in Lisbon (minimum of 2 days a week from the office). Usercentrics is a global leader in the field of consent management platforms (CMP). As a (Senior) UX Researcher, you will play a central role in creating an impeccable UX experience for our core product portfolio and experience and be an enabler for our product teams, ensuring that research insights drive impactful decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop and implement scalable templates, processes, and guidelines to enable consistent and actionable research across product teams.
• Lead the
  - making process for selecting and implementing a research repository, and manage its ongoing maintenance and adoption.
• Connect research insights with hypotheses and actionable recommendations to improve products and user experiences.
• Partner closely with
  - functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to align research outcomes with business goals.
• Document research findings effectively and ensure they are accessible and impactful for stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for UX research and advocate for a
  - centered approach across the organization.
• Manage and optimize specific research tools, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, ideally within the B2B tech or Saa
  S industry.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to create templates and processes that scale.
• Proven ability to connect insights with hypotheses and actionable steps to improve user experiences and business outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in English); ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong teamwork skills and experience partnering with
  - functional teams.
• Experience with UX research tools (e. g. , usability testing platforms, survey tools) and familiarity with research repositories.
• Systemic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture while managing detailed research tasks effectively.
• Proactive and
  - driven, with a passion for elevating UX maturity and creating impactful change.
