We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our team and work on Workia.com.

Preference in Lisbon area for location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Help lead the UI/UX design process for Workia.com, ensuring a seamless user experience.
2. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
3. Work closely with the development team to implement designs and ensure a
   - quality user experience.
4. Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
5. Translate
   - level requirements into user flows, user stories, and elegant interactions.
6. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
7. Stay
   -
   - date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform and a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX design for
   - based applications.
2. Proven experience designing web and mobile applications, with a focus on Saa
   S platforms or collaboration tools.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
4. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools.
5. Strong understanding of
   - centred design principles and best practices.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. A passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
