About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our Saa
S LMS platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing
- centric products, a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
- functional teams.
Work with the Product Manager, UX Designer and the entire product team and development team to define the best solution in the interface to match the user need, using the analysis of the need and wireframes made by the UX designer.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
Review the developments to make sure that they fit the
- ups defined.
Contribute to the construction of the Design System according to the needs and the evolution of trends in interface design. Guarantee the respect of the Design System with the Design System team and the developers.
Contribute to the improvement of our "Think, Learn, Design" discovery method, by discussing potential evolutions with the CPO and Product Manager.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the platform.

- date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and innovation of our UI designs.
What You'll Bring To The Team:
5+ years of experience in UI design, preferably with a focus on Saa
S or
- learning platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, with examples of web and mobile applications.
Master design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and
- end development principles.
Solid understanding of
- centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Successful experience in creating a Design system, in collaboration with technical and product teams.
Have a vision of interface trends and a creative vision while adapting it to the Rise Up Design System.
Good spoken and written English

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
- paced, dynamic environment.
Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
