What you´ll do:

1. As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our financial stability and risk mitigation framework. You will be responsible for developing strategies, processes, and tools to ensure effective risk management, liquidity optimization, and operational excellence.
2. Financial Risk Management:
1. Take a proactive role in building and steering the company’s approach to financial risk and risk mitigation.
2. Analyse local cashflows to identify risk exposures, develop actionable strategies, and drive
   - entity alignment.
3. Create and implement internal frameworks for managing FX risk, interest rate fluctuations, and commodity price exposure.
4. Lead initiatives to mitigate risk by establishing processes for efficient exposure tracking and reporting, ensuring risks are systematically allocated and managed internally.
5. Provide actionable insights and management reporting to support strategic
   - making.
3. Cash Management:
1. Manage daily liquidity and disposition planning, ensuring seamless cash pooling and working capital optimization.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align cash flow needs with operational and strategic priorities.
4. Bank Relations:
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
2. Oversee local financing, credit facilities, and ensure
   - effective funding solutions.
5. Internal Financial Controls:
1. Support the development and enhancement of robust financial control processes to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.

Who we´re looking for:

1. Minimum 4–6 years of
   - on experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or related fields.
2. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Capital Markets, or similar disciplines.
3. Deep understanding of financial risk management, particularly FX risk and hedging frameworks.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial markets.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems or ERP systems is an advantage.
6. A strategic,
   - oriented mindset with exceptional
   - solving capabilities.
7. Professional fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
8. A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to achieving results in a dynamic business environment.
