Overview / Summary

We are looking for a Senior Transformation and Project Officer that plans and supports a set of projects from initiation to completion. Ensure
- time completion in line with specifications and within budgeted costs by managing the full project lifecycle, from analysis and business planning, requirements through the design, implementation, support, and handover of the solution.

Transformation & Projects

• The Transformation & Projects (T&P) team is based in Paris. The T&P team is responsible for coordinating the projects within EMS. The team supports all company projects (including integration of new market services) as well as the organizational model evolutions. The T&P team is also orchestrating and carrying out the EMS transformation roadmap definition and execution. Finally, the team is leading the EMS community through internal communication: preparation of EMS key meetings, EMS events, and related information sharing moments.
• The T&P team aims at delivering additional value and supporting the operations through strong monitoring, methodologies, structure, and tools. This transversal team orchestrates, sequences, drives, challenges, and carries out the overall portfolio of projects and programs within EMS (including M&A topics).
• In close coordination with the Head of the EMS Transformation and Projects team, the position will support the team in the delivery of the EMS roadmap of projects, the execution of its transformation plan, as well as the support of the Head of T&P team to lead the department community of around 150 people.

Goals

• Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorize the selection and planning of all related projects and activities.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project.
• Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams.
• Determine, monitor, and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
• Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment.
• Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results.

Deliverables

• Preparation of presentations for recurring project and portfolio coordination meetings.
• Reporting and KPIs to track the progress of projects and the EMS project portfolio.
• Development of necessary trackers and other reports to ensure project objectives are achieved.
