Job Title: Senior Transformation & Project Officer
Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Regime: Hybrid Work (3 days/week at the office)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a senior transformation and project officer that plans and supports a set of projects from initiation to completion. Ensure
- time completion in line with specifications and within budgeted costs by managing the full project lifecycle, from analysis and business planning, requirements through the design, implementation, support and handover of the solution.
Transformation & Projects
- The Transformation & Projects (T&P) team is based in Paris. The T&P team is responsible for coordinating the projects within EMS, supporting all company projects (including integration of new market services) as well as the organizational model evolutions.
- The T&P team aims at delivering additional value and supporting the operations through strong monitoring, methodologies, structure, and tools.
- In close coordination with the Head of the EMS Transformation and Projects team, the position will support the team in the delivery of EMS roadmap of projects and the execution of its transformation plan.
Goals:
- Align the objectives for defined activities with business change objectives and authorize the selection and planning of all related projects.
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
- Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project.
- Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
- Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk.
- Support with framing different initiatives and building necessary project trackers.
- Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results.
Deliverables:
- Preparation of presentations for recurring project and portfolio coordination meetings.
- Reporting and KPIs to track the progress of projects.
- Development of necessary trackers and other reports to ensure project objectives are achieved.
