Senior Transformation & Project Officer

What You'll do:
- Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorize the selection and planning of all related projects and activities;
- Plan, direct and
- ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage; - Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project;
- Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams;
- Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk;
- Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment;
- Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results;
- Preparation of presentations for recurring project and portfolio coordination meetings;
- Reporting and KPIs to track the progress of projects and the EMS project portfolio;
- Development of necessary trackers and other reports to ensure project objectives are achieved;
- Hybrid Work Model.
- +5 years of experience in the role or similar positions;
- Proficiency with Confluence, Power
Point, Excel, Power BI and Jira; - Experience in change management, project management methodologies and stakeholder management;
- Leadership skills;
- Data Analysis and Reporting;
- English and Portuguese speaker.
