What You'll do:

• Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorize the selection and planning of all related projects and activities;
• Plan, direct and
  - ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage;
• Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project;
• Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams;
• Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk;
• Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment;
• Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results;
• Preparation of presentations for recurring project and portfolio coordination meetings;
• Reporting and KPIs to track the progress of projects and the EMS project portfolio;
• Development of necessary trackers and other reports to ensure project objectives are achieved;
• Hybrid Work Model.
  
  

• +5 years of experience in the role or similar positions;
• Proficiency with Confluence, Power
  Point, Excel, Power BI and Jira;
• Experience in change management, project management methodologies and stakeholder management;
• Leadership skills;
• Data Analysis and Reporting;
• English and Portuguese speaker.
