Let's start with the role

The Senior Technical Compliance Analyst, as part of the Compliance team, creates a bridge between Compliance, Business and Technology in order to interpret regulations into customer and
- friendly technical requirements.

As a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst you will:

1. Participate in Compliance team meetings and facilitate the interpretation of technical guidelines introduced by regulators;
2. Partner with business stakeholders to explain
   - related obligations and how these can be interpreted into
   - friendly requirements;
3. Create technical requirements based on regulatory text;
4. Support the tech teams in understanding the regulatory requirements and propose workarounds where appropriate;
5. Lead the audit and homologation process for new and existing markets;

What you’ll bring:

1. 5 years of working experience as a Software or Database Engineer, Product Owner, Product Manager or QA;
2. Basic SQL Server query skills;
3. Analytical skills;
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
