We are looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition to join our Recruitment Team in Lisbon and help us grow our teams. Want to join our

Responsibilities

1. Manage end to end recruitment processes
2. Manage different stakeholders (Delivery Manager, Hiring Managers) – you manage your own processes!
3. Write high quality job descriptions and post to relevant media platforms to attract the right people for the job
4. Source potential candidates not only using the mainstream platforms, but also on niche platforms
5. Screen applicants for proper match with the job requirements and each headcount.
6. Arrange telephone, video, or
   - person interviews
7. Perform reference checks whenever needed
8. Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the Hiring Managers
9. Keep track of all applicants as well as keep applicants informed on the application process – we always keep our candidates updated!
10. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and create brand awareness
11. Build efficient strategies for sifting candidates, selecting talent, and marketing them to a range of open and future roles
12. Promote INSCALE’s reputation as a great place to work, because it is!
13. Keep up to date with new technological trends and products (better yet if you’re a true techie)

Qualifications

1. 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter
2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, video and in person)
3. Enough technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
4. Understand and have a strong network in the IT Talent Market
5. A solution provider on tackling various recruitment related issues and challenges
6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
7. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e. g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to negotiate
10. An eye to read different people and understand specific situations
11. Fluency in English is a
    - have

Education

1. BSc in Psychology, Sociology, IT, HR Management or similar
