Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Dev
Ops, and a strong background in C# development. As Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team, ensuring
- quality deliverables, and driving innovation within the organization.

Must have:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Strong programming skills in C#. Knowledge in React is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design techniques.
4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e. g. , SQL Server, Cosmos
   DB, Mongo
   DB).
5. Experience with
   - native architectures, microservices, and containerization (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a
   - functional team environment.
7. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills with a
   - oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

1. Proficiency in
   - specific financial systems and regulatory requirements.
2. Relevant certifications (e. g. , Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
