About This Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the
- cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, including
- level and specialized positions. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying, attracting, and hiring
- caliber candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR & Finance business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and provide a
- class candidate experience.

What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the
   -
   - end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations for a range of positions.
2. Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
3. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best fit for the role.
4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and delivering a seamless recruitment process.
5. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand by representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
7. Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with the company's diversity and inclusion goals.

Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on recruiting technical talent at all levels and across multiple geographies (Portugal, US, EMEA). Other recruitment experience in other areas (Sales, Marketing, Legal Finance and HR)
3. Experience in a
   - paced or
   - growth industry is a plus.
4. Strong sourcing and networking abilities. (Linked

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
7. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday a plus!
8. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills.
