As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work remotely in a global team of talented recruiters managing requisitions for
- funding
- up companies, Web3 companies, Biotech, and Enterprises.

What you will do:

• Deliver global recruitment services to
  - backed
  - up companies through flexible sourcing and headhunting;
• Manage our existing client portfolio of
  - growth worldwide startup companies;
• Enhance the talent acquisition delivery in several countries through effective sourcing strategies;
• Build and nurture your own talent pool while helping to develop the underlying technology to streamline your work.

What we look for:

• At least 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or external) in ideally Tech or Business-related roles;
• Advanced sourcing capabilities, especially in boolean search;
• International
  - hiring delivery and client handling background;
• In-depth knowledge of the Europe and/or US Talent Market;
• Experience with Linked
  In Recruiter;
• Native or Professional English level;

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with demanding,
  - paced work environments.
