Key Responsibilities and Skills

1. Top responsibilities for this person:
   1. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with IC design engineers, data scientists, and software developers to integrate gen
      AI knowledge and productivity solutions seamlessly into existing tools and flows.
   2. Prototype and Test: Develop copilot prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate the performance and effectiveness of gen
      AI knowledge solutions.
2. Technical/hard skills needed:
   1. 3+ years IP Design Experience (Digital preferably);
   2. Python programming experience;
   3. Scripting skills (BASH or Power
      Shell or TCL);
   4. Electronic Engineering Degree (Computer Science acceptable if they have IP design experience);
   5. 5+ years relevant experience;
   6. Familiarity with EDA tools and IC design processes;
   7. Desirable but not essential:
      1. Experience in gen
         AI application development;
      2. Experience working with XML or other documentation formats;
      3. A firm understanding of working with and getting the most out of LLMs, RAG;
      4. Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a
         - performance environment.
