Senior Solution Engineer
Job Description
- Experience with Radio NPO, e. g. preparing and maintaining site database, parameter optimisation to meet KPI, KPI template data preparation by extracting from dump
- RAN knowledge and experience on Power Saving Group (Nokia), Auto Coverage Discovery (Ericsson) and other Load Based power saving features in any Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung, ZTE
- Experience in LTE & NR dumps level parameter audit.
- Analysis of Daily Network performance reports for monitoring the Key Statistics & defining all the parameter for Analyzing daily and weekly basis Dashboard Report & KPI trend Traffic and resolve problems promptly.
- Preferred to have working knowledge on Nokia Net
Act, Ericsson ENM, Huawei U2000, Samsung or ZTE OSS e. g. Plan Editors, North Bound interfaces such as Rest
NBI, sftp, telnet, troubleshooting on IP connectivity with client end systems - Experience on My
Com, Mapinfo, and also data extraction from 3rd party NPO tools as well as from OSS - Able to derive insights from different reports
- Linux command line with basic Kubernetes commands, including file upload/download to linux VMs, Unix Directory Structure, checking interfaces and networking with far end servers by using ssh, ping, sftp, telnet on different ports, checking tokens on Rest
NBI, etc, maintaining IP database of servers and able to follow instructions on Linux - Ready to learn new concepts and take complete ownership
- Good spoken and written communication and ready to prepare, present and discuss custom reports using excel and other tools with initiative on day to day basis
- Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Has

Knowledge & Experience
Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
