We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer. You will be a part of a growing, innovative team and will work closely with the development and product management teams innovating to enhance our existing software and develop new products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and shape the future of our technology stack.

What you will do:

• Define and implement
  - native architectures on the Azure Cloud Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to
  - functional teams, driving best practices for security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive alignment on architectural decisions.
• Mentor and coach junior and
  - level engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
• Conduct code reviews, perform architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering, cloud computing, and related fields.

What you will need:

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying
  - native applications on the Azure Cloud Platform or other major cloud providers.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions in complex environments.
• Advanced understanding of relational databases with experience in
  - performance data architecture for cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
• Excellent
  - solving abilities and a strategic mindset for identifying and addressing technical challenges.
