As a referenced developer and technical leader, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing Java-based applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Docker, and modern Dev
Ops practices. You will collaborate with
- tier engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure
- quality software delivery.

Senior Java Software Engineer - Developer Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain
  - performance Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices and ensure seamless REST API integrations.
• Lead by example—mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (with a planned migration to Git
  Lab).
• Ensure Dockerized deployments and collaborate with Dev
  Ops teams for seamless automation.
• Innovate and contribute to the technical vision of the team.
• Work in a SCRUM-driven Agile environment, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Solve complex technical challenges while keeping an eye on scalability, security, and performance.

Senior Java Software Engineer Developer - Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer with strong expertise in Spring Boot.
• Proven track record in microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and modern Dev
  Ops practices.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, ideally with Jenkins, and willingness to migrate to Git
  Lab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• A true leader—able to guide, mentor, and elevate the technical level of the team.
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Passion for

• Excellent communication skills in English.
