Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Implement UX designs by working with UX Designers on a
   -
   - day basis, using React/Redux based framework.
2. Build custom widgets for dashboards developed using Google Looker Studio plugins.
3. Be part of an agile team to develop a scalable, highly available application platform using modern Paa
   S platforms such as GCP.
4. Participate and contribute to requirements analysis and grooming.
5. Understand how to leverage Paa
   S components, such as CDN, no
   SQL databases when developing software in order to achieve scalability, reliability, and operability.
6. Document and communicate clearly architecture and implementation solutions.
7. Have ownership of your code in production, including
   - call, troubleshooting.

Key Skills:

1. 5+ years software development experience.
2. React/Redux focus.
3. Desirable experience with custom widget development using Google Looker Studio.
4. Highly proficient in Java
   Script.
5. Experience in operational code ownership –
   - call, troubleshooting, uptime.
6. Experience in applying modern UI design patterns and separating concerns in a distributed system.
7. Must have experience working within an Agile/Scrum team.
8. Positive,
   - motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
9. Strong
   - active communication skills, both verbal and written.
10. Experience in contact center software is a plus but not required.
