We are seeking an experienced Senior. NET Developer and Technical Lead to help us evolve and grow our development team in order to continue to dominate one of the most buoyant,
- growing industries that is changing the world and the speed of which we receive items.

This is a remote position indefinitely, but you must be based in Portugal or the UK.

You will be joining a passionate,
- skilled technical team (based in the UK & Portugal) who work on 3 core products, each with their own technical frameworks, using common
- end and
- end libraries. You will have gained experience in writing
- quality and maintainable code throughout your career and also in a leadership role. As well as setting the standards for the software engineering team and mentoring junior members, you will also be responsible for liaising with the product and QA teams to build out the product vision.

We are seeking a

As well as development through the full systems development life cycle, you will also be responsible for:

1. Cultivating the backlog and orchestrating work plans
2. Establishing and upholding coding standards
3. Guiding weekly sprint prioritization within our
   - weekly sprint framework
4. Active participation in daily
   - ups, thorough sprint retrospectives, and reviews
5. Conducting weekly development gatherings and personalized
   -
   - one sessions
6. Collaborating with our QA team to construct comprehensive test plans for new or refined functionalities
7. Crafting documentation in Git
   Hub and Confluence and managing tasks using Jira within the Atlassian software suite
8. Collaborating in shaping early requirements and acceptance criteria alongside product owners
9. Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents effectively
10. Guiding other programmers in their
    -
    - day work

Experience:

1. Demonstrated. NET Core 3 proficiency and expertise
2. A history of leading teams and mentoring individuals
3. Proven participation in the
   -
   - end development and architecture of intricate products
4. Expertise in using testing frameworks as part of the development process (unit, integration)
5. Proficiency in SOLID principles, TDD, DDD, BDD, microservices, headless CMS, and design patterns
6. Familiarity with frontend development, ideally with Vue
   JS or a similar JS framework
7. Proficiency with integrating external REST APIs
8. A knack for thinking beyond conventions and comprehending the broader vision
9. A
   - on approach to tasks and challenges
10. Working knowledge of Git and Docker

We need you to be comfortable with:

1. Fostering teamwork, knowledge exchange, training, guidance, and support for both novice and seasoned team members
2. Clear and effective communication, be it articulating problems, removing obstacles, or addressing other pertinent matters
3. Navigating automated software delivery pipelines
4. Providing fixes rather than workarounds for issues that arise from time to time
