Responsibilities:

1. Applying microservice architectures effectively and successfully.
2. Leveraging No
   SQL databases in advanced scenarios (e. g. , Elastic
   Search, Dynamo, Mongo
   DB, Redis).
3. Implementing
   - driven architectures and using tools like Kafka, Pulsar, or Rabbit
   MQ.
4. Excelling as a C# (. NET) expert in designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions.
5. Identifying opportunities for best practice improvements and driving technical change across teams.
6. Supporting the team with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices to maintain platform availability, reliability, and scalability.
7. Ensuring adherence to security best practices within the team.
8. Partnering across engineering teams to drive key technical decisions and strategies.
9. Solving complex technical problems with a strategic,
   - picture approach.
10. Working effectively in an Agile development environment.

Profile sought:

Experience:

At least 5 years as a Software Engineer.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong expertise in microservice architectures and
   - driven systems.
2. Proficiency with No
   SQL databases (Elastic
   Search preferred).
3. Advanced experience with event streaming tools (Kafka preferred).
4. Exceptional knowledge of C# (. NET).
5. Familiarity with SRE best practices and security protocols.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead and implement best practices across teams.
