Job Description:

Token Metrics is seeking an exceptional Senior Software Architect to lead the evolution of our analytics platform and trading bot. This key role will be instrumental in scaling our infrastructure to support millions of users globally while ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

1. Conduct a comprehensive review of Token Metrics' current architecture, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Design and oversee the implementation of scalable solutions to support millions of global users.
3. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
5. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions.
6. Ensure the security and reliability of Token Metrics' platforms at scale.
7. Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
8. Implement strategies to significantly reduce the number of bugs in our platform.
9. Enhance the quality assurance process to improve the reliability of our engineering output.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
3. Expert-level knowledge of system design and architecture principles.
4. Proven experience in scaling applications to support millions of users.
5. Deep understanding of OLAP and OLTP databases, with specific experience in Snowflake.
6. Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks, including Next. js, Supabase, Tailwind, and Shadcn.
7. Strong background in cloud computing and distributed systems.
8. Relevant certifications include Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
9. Excellent
   - solving skills and ability to think strategically.
10. Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to
    - technical stakeholders.
11. Extensive experience in implementing bug reduction strategies and improving software quality.

1. Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
2. Knowledge of blockchain technologies and decentralized applications.
3. Familiarity with machine learning and AI, particularly in the context of trading algorithms.
4. Track record of successful
   - scale system migrations.
5. Contributions to
