We are now expanding our operations capabilities across the products in a unified manner.

You will join an international,
-
- clock operations team taking on this challenge:

• Ensure 24/7 availability and good performance of the systems and support availability via
  - call.
• Implement monitoring solutions that proactively alert teams to potential issues or even automatically heal the system, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Build and maintain capacity plan and ensure proper performance of applications.
• Build and maintain error budgets.
• Work closely with both IT and business to facilitate continual improvement in the availability, performance, functionality, and security of our platforms.
• Work with industry leading technologies like Java, Kubernetes, Kafka, Mongo
  DB, and Docker.

Technologies You Will Work With:

You will work in a dynamic environment using a wide range of modern technologies, including but not limited to:

• Scripting Languages: Bash, Power
  Shell, Python.
• Event Streaming: Confluent Kafka.
• Database Technologies: Mongo
  DB Atlas.
• Version Control: Git.
• CI/CD Tools: Argo, Azure Dev
  Ops.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Load Balancing: NGINX, Cloud Load Balancers.
• Security & IAM: OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, Red
  Hat SSO.
• Monitoring & Alerting: ELK Stack.
• Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform.
• Test Frameworks: Jest, JUnit, JMeter.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Dev
  Sec
  Ops Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and automation tools.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Strong
  - solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Understanding infrastructure like the network stack (OSI model, TCP/IP) and security best practices.
• A collaborative mindset, with experience working in
  - functional teams.
• Possess excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
• You have knowledge of microservice architecture and ITSM tools, as well as the Atlassian products.
