This is aPorto-based hybrid opportunity–2 days in the office per week.

As aSenior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be working for our client, a prominent banking organization, dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. You will lead initiatives to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance, ensuring a seamless banking experience for millions of users.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure in a banking environment.
• Optimize performance and ensure uptime using load balancers and other SRE tools.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of operational excellence.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 8–10 years of experience in SRE, Dev
  Ops, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with load balancers (F5, HAProxy, NGINX) and system performance tuning.
• Expertise in SRE tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead
  - functional initiatives.
