Hello,

Our Main Contractor client is looking for a Senior Site Manager to manage a project of 500 Million Euro in value.

This is a major refinery project in Sines, Portugal, and you will be responsible as the main contractor to deliver the project effectively.

Contract:

• Location: Portugal
• Working arrangement: Freelance
• Contract: 12+ months
• Rate: Negotiable (based on experience)

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities

• As a Site Manager, you are responsible for implementing, enforcing, and monitoring compliance with the
  - specific HSE Site Program
  - site.
• You will oversee execution activities on the construction site, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project requirements.
• Regularly assessing workforce productivity and adjusting capacity as needed is a key part of your role.
• You will chair construction site meetings in accordance with
  - specific guidelines.
• Lead the Site Supervision team and manage both staff and subcontractors effectively.
• Approve regular site activity reports related to QA/QC, HSE, costs, construction/pre-commissioning schedules, contractor claims, Mechanical Completion (MC), and overall project completion.
• Conduct regular construction site inspections, ensuring compliance with QA/QC, HSE, cost, and schedule requirements.
