About The Role

As the Senior SAP BW/4HANA Developer, you will work directly with business stakeholders. You will support in reviewing business requirements and translating these into functional requirements. You’ll design BW/4 application solutions, review these with our Architects and implement these. For existing solutions, you’ll optimize & enhance the dataflows from interface to query getting the most out of the data and our system landscape. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable and
- performing solutions to connect our IT systems, perform root cause analysis and find solutions with support of strong IT colleagues.

What You Will Do

• Design data & analytics landscape & standards
• Contribute in getting the most out of a new B/4 implementation by bringing valuable experience in the area
• Drive data acquisition & exchange standards making use of ODP / SLT / CDS / Data
  Services / Open
  Hub / HANA
• Support IT Architects in future analytics front end decisions making use of Fiori / embedded analytics / Af
  O / SAC / Power
  Bi
• Support in continuously improving Essity’s IT design processes, development standards and guidelines

Develop high performance data & analytics solutions

• Work together with business in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the solution
• Design & implement complex application solutions within B/4 as well as in hybrid SAP (BW/4 / Legacy BW)-Microsoft (Azure Data
  Lake/Power
  Bi) scenarios
• Get the most out of our B/4 by building hybrid native HANA / BW virtualizations
• Code in ABAP and SQL within the context of BW

Work through others

• Coach or mentor internal & external application developers in design and build activities ensuring your skills, knowledge and best practices build up the team's potential
• Act as technology lead within projects, leading other developers in a project team

Who You Are

• Great analytical,
  - solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum Bachelors or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3+ years working experience in SAP B/4HANA (or minimally SAP BW on HANA)
• Excellent knowledge of data warehousing modeling
• Strong knowledge of S/4 (or minimally R/3-ECC) data in the areas of PP, SD, MM, Logistics and/or Finance
• Good knowledge of SAP analytical front end tools Fiori, Analysis for Office, SAC
• Team player
• Knowledge of Data Lake concept, Azure Data Lake, Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in Embedded Analytics and/or SAC is a plus
• Fluent in English (verbally and written), German will be a plus
