We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (Backend) to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our
- commerce platform to ensure its performance, scalability, and usability.

You will collaborate with
- functional teams to create seamless online shopping experiences, maximize customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. E-commerce Development: Lead the development, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to meet the company's business objectives.
2. Code Review and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers.
3. Integration: Collaborate with other internal teams to integrate
   - party systems, payment gateways, and external APIs to enhance the functionality of the platform.
4. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast page loading times and a smooth shopping experience.
5. Customization: Develop custom cartridges, pipelines, and controllers as necessary to extend the platform's capabilities.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain automated tests and work closely with QA teams to ensure the stability and reliability of the
   - commerce platform.
7. Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
8. Security: Implement and maintain robust security practices to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
9. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the online store.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development.
3. Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Java
   Script, HTML, CSS, and relevant web technologies.
5. Strong knowledge of
   - commerce best practices and trends.
6. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
7. Excellent
   - solving and communication skills.
8. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
9. English is a must, German a plus.
