ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive, ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as Business Developer for Host Wise. In this position, you will be responsible for the company's growth in terms of increasing the number of properties under our management. You will have contact with property owners and investors with the aim of presenting Host Wise's services and increasing our conversion into signed contracts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use our CRM (Pipedrive) to meticulously control and track the sales process.
- Qualification of leads through telephone calls with the aim of filtering deal priority (SLAs = first call in less than 1 hour).
- Take charge of running and reviving our pipeline of "lost deals", identifying opportunities to
- engage and convert them. - Develop strategic partnerships (B2C and B2B) to increase networking of partners that present business opportunities.
- Conduct continuous scouting activities, both online and locally, including calls and visits to properties, focusing on outbound scouting and cold calling leads.
- Develop a close working relationship with the marketing department to ensure the generation of
- qualified leads and to synchronize efforts for optimal lead qualification. - Regularly analyze and improve our sales funnel and processes, seeking methods to increase sales conversion rates.
- Being present and located in Porto is a must due to the need to visit properties.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, proven results and a leader profile with strong teamwork skills;
- Experience using a CRM (Pipedrive is a plus);
- Good communication (oral and written) - fluent in English;
- Ability to make mass calls throughout the day and continuously communicate with leads;
- Ability to analyze results through KPIs and change/improve processes in order to increase sales conversion;
- Talent, motivation and resilience. All those skills will be exponentiated at Host Wise, you will learn and grow with us;
- Strong negotiation skills, high speed of execution and sensibility to take advantage of the right timings;
- Capacity to track every deal, follow up and organize your agenda and define priorities;
- Ability to implement and lead improvement and innovative projects on a regular basis;
- Self-motivated and passionate about tourism and real estate investment.
