As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include coordinating demand creation and revenue fulfillment, conducting operative sales operations activities, creating presentations and reports, supporting price negotiations, and contributing to sales planning and process optimization.
In your new role, you will:
- Support the Demand Creation and Revenue Fulfilment in coordination with Account management for several automotive customers operating worldwide.
- Conduct various operative Sales Operations activities such as sample management to secure customer projects in the
- up phase, clarification of overdue payments, creation of debit & credit notes, processing of customer inquiries, Product Change support (e. g. PCN), etc. - Pricing information and quote handling.
- Create presentations, analyses and reports using various BI data sources and tools such as SAP,
- based tools, MS Office (e. g.
- actual comparisons, sales development, fulfillment considerations, etc. ). - Support the account management in the preparation and implementation of annual price negotiations; including analysis and plausibility checks of customer data in coordination with account management.
- Support in executing sales planning.
- Data entry and maintenance in MS Dynamics (e. g. volumes, pricing, overdue tracking).
- Contribute to the optimization of
- related processes as well as providing ideas regarding
- increasing measures. - Act as an expert in your area of responsibility towards internal stakeholders and customer counterparts, build trustful and constructive cooperation with internal and external interfaces, operating globally.
You have a passion for sales operations, with a structured and strong business mindset. You keep the big picture in mind, with a team player attitude that gives you the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in business administration, industrial or electronics engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, purchasing or other position involving close customer contact in the B2B environment ideally in the automotive or semiconductor industry and in a big global act company (being familiar with processes and interaction in such companies).
- Good proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in all other MS Office formats and ideally familiar with SAP Microsoft Dynamics.
- In-depth expertise in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and can work with complex data.
- Technical understanding as well as
- depth commercial and communication skills. - Willingness to travel for training (e. g. 2-3 months to Germany).
