The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Lisbon office and help us shape the future of tech recruitment across Europe. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. Who You Are

• A true hunter with a proven track record in 360 recruitment, specialising in tech hiring (Cloud, Dev
  Ops, Software Engineering, or related fields).
• Experienced in placing candidates into the DACH, Benelux, Nordics, Switzerland, or US markets.
• A natural business developer—comfortable engaging C-level
  - makers and winning new clients.
• A skilled headhunter, capable of identifying and attracting
  - tier tech talent.
• Driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a
  - term vision to become a leader in the business.
• Fluent in English (German or another European language is a big plus!).
• Already based in Portugal or keen to relocate to Lisbon for a
  - class career opportunity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client portfolio across our target markets, building
  - term partnerships.
• Source, attract, and engage
  - tier tech talent using
  - edge recruitment tools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring
  - term success.
• Stay ahead of tech industry trends and continuously refine your market knowledge.
