We are looking for a talented and accomplished Real Time Analyst to be responsible for the intraday management of resources, ensuring the correct number of agents are available to answer an accurately forecasted volume of incoming calls at the desired service level for our clients.

As a Real-Time Analyst, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring site to ensure optimal staffing levels
2. Adjusting intraday forecasts to determine required staffing levels
3. Keying daily exception requests, updating schedules, and responding to escalated issues
4. Creating strategic recommendations to improve productivity while balancing service levels and costs
5. Assisting in resolving serious customer complaints and escalated issues
6. Facilitating, leading, and participating in business meetings
7. Simulating different scenarios and developing contingency plans
8. Working with multiple clients to monitor & report performance
9. Creating and using standard templates for consistent reporting
10. Communicating actively with various groups to share call outs and deviations

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

1. Proficiency in English is mandatory
2. Microsoft Excel knowledge (to be tested during the recruitment process - mandatory)
3. Ability to communicate KPI data and forecasts to employees at all levels
4. Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with great attention to detail
5. Availability to work fully from Santos office in Lisboa (mandatory)
6. Work shift from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (schedule may be updated)
7. 2 years experience in WFM
