Senior QA Test Lead – Leasing and Factoring

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home for 3 days per week.
As a Test Lead, you will work for our client—a global IT leader driving innovation with
- edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and applications through comprehensive testing.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies and plans based on product specifications and project requirements using tools like Squash or X-Squash.
- Design and perform automated tests on UI, API, and batch processes.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and anomalies using Mantis or Jira.
- Evaluate test coverage to ensure all functionalities are appropriately tested.
- Generate detailed test reports to communicate results to the development team and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update test suites in coordination with development and product teams.
- Propose improvements for test automation as part of continuous improvement processes.
- Support project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
You’re ideal for the role if you have:
- Over 4 years of experience in testing activities.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and best testing practices.
- Ability to create and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency with testing tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changes.
