What will you do?

• Foster partnership with the customer/stakeholders/sponsors.
• Oversee the strategic plan, monitoring and adapting it as needed.
• Maintain Project’s objectives.
• Monitor production and quality to the customer/stakeholders/sponsors’ standards.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks.
• Report on Project’s progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• Implement change practices.
• Manage resources to ensure the schedule is on track.
• Lead meetings and set expectations for the Project Team.
• Maintain the budget.
• Report on projects and portfolios.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop the activity to contribute to the continuous improvement of performance, quality, environment, information security, and service management.

What is a Senior Project Manager at TALEO?

A Senior Project Manager is in charge of schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for projects, while monitoring the teams to ensure goals and objectives are met. Maintains knowledge of the larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risks, and resolving issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors the scope with project quality.

Required profile.

What is TALEO looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management in technological infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methods & experience with Agile (preferred).
• Excellent planning & stakeholders management capabilities.
• PMP, IPMA, or Prince2 certification (required).
• PMO experience (preferred).
• ITIL, ISO20000, Co
  BIT, or ITSM certification (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Must be in, or have availability to be, in the Lisbon or Porto area (at least 2x per week).
