Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation/planning, execution, testing, cutover/go-live, and handover to Support
• Partner with the Customer PM to become a trusted resource and actively drive the implementation project to success
• Manage between 3-8 projects concurrently to time, budget, and quality
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, regional delivery managers, and PS leadership
• Inspire and motivate
  - functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure all project goals are met

Your Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years continuous experience as a Project Manager, or min. 8+ years for Senior role, ideally in a professional services environment for a software vendor/partner
• Direct experience managing all phases of the software implementation project lifecycle for enterprise clients
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with
  - team dependencies
• Experience leading diverse project teams of 2-7+ people per project
• Experience dealing with senior client stakeholders
• Experience managing Saa
  S &
  - premise implementation projects of 50-250+ days of effort
• Experience successfully managing both T&M and Fixed-Price enterprise software implementation projects
• International customer experience (across EMEA/US) preferred
• Working knowledge of ECM (enterprise content management) and/or IP (invoice processing) solutions preferred

• Advanced knowledge of MS Project (or similar tool) and MS Office applications
• Naturally very organized and disciplined with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language, a second or native language of German or French a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, or similar certification (required, or to be achieved within 3 months)
