Main tasks:

1. Project planning: Help define the scope, objectives, schedule, and resources required for the IT project.
2. Team management: Help coordinate work teams, monitoring progress and motivating members to achieve objectives.
3. Risk control: Help identify potential risks that could impact the project and develop mitigation plans to manage these threats.
4. Communication: Maintain effective communication with all interested parties involved in the IT project.
5. Delivery of results: Ensure that project deliverables are delivered according to specifications.
6. Assess the company's software needs and propose IT solutions/projects to meet these requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum experience of 5 years (mandatory) in the role.
2. Agile methodologies: Experience in methods such as “Scrum” and/or “Kanban”. Experience with agile project management tools.
3. Project management tools: Proficient in using tools such as “Microsoft Project” or other task and deadline management platforms.
4. IT Technologies: Effective and extensive knowledge of software development technologies and practices (programming languages, databases), so that you can communicate effectively with technical teams (internal and external).
5. Systems design: Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven architecture, etc.
6. Software architecture: Familiarity with distributed, scalable, and high availability architectures.
7. Dev
   Ops and CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery and automation.
8. Version management and source code control: Familiarity with tools such as Git, TFVC, or other version control platforms.
9. Familiarity with integration technologies (Biz
   Talk).
10. Environment and infrastructure management: Familiarity with production, staging, and development environments.
