Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in infrastructure, technology migration, and managing roadmaps in IT to lead
- scale corporate projects. This professional will be responsible for managing the technological transition and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects, with a particular focus on data centers and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Manage technology migration projects from conception to final implementation.
2. Define, monitor, and manage IT project roadmaps, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
3. Coordinate and lead
   - functional teams, including systems engineers, infrastructure architects, and other stakeholders.
4. Ensure the integration of different systems and technology platforms during migrations.
5. Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, focusing on maximizing efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements throughout the migration process.
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper task execution.
8. Prepare and present progress reports, risks, and solutions to executive leadership.
9. Identify and mitigate project risks, adjusting strategies as necessary.
10. Ensure that data center operations are optimized to meet the company's infrastructure needs.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure and technology migration projects.
2. Strong knowledge of data center management, including operations and optimization.
3. Proven experience in defining and implementing IT roadmaps.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese (and preferably English).
5. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
6. Agile methodology experience is considered a plus.
7. Leadership skills and experience in managing
   - functional teams.

Complementary Requirements:

1. Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or similar are a plus.
